4Company dynamics
First, raw material standards
Base paper standard: One of the main raw materials of coated paper is base paper, and its quality directly affects the performance of coated paper. The base paper should meet the relevant national standards, such as GB11680 "Hygiene Standard for Food Packaging base paper", to ensure that it is non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free.
Plastic film standard: Another key raw material for coated paper is plastic film, such as polyethylene (PE). These films should meet the requirements of GB9687 "Health Standards for polyethylene molding products for food Packaging" and other requirements to ensure that harmful substances will not be released when in contact with food.

2. Production process standards
Coating process: During the coating process, parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed should be strictly controlled to ensure that the coating layer is uniformly and firmly attached to the base paper. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the bad phenomena such as lack of film, defilm, shrinkage film and delamination of the film layer.
Quality control: Strict quality control system should be established in the production process, regular inspection and sampling testing of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Inspection items include appearance, specifications, physical properties (such as tensile strength, tearing degree), chemical properties (such as evaporation residue, heavy metal content), etc.

3. Product standards
Appearance standard: The surface of the coated paper should be smooth and smooth, without wrinkles, damage, oil and other defects. The film layer should be uniform, no bubbles, pinholes and other phenomena.
Specification size standard: The size of the coated paper should conform to the provisions of the order contract, including the gram weight and width of the paper. The deviation of gram weight and width should be within the allowable range.
Performance standards: coated paper should have good waterproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and other properties. At the same time, its hygiene performance should meet the requirements of relevant standards to ensure that it will not cause harm to human health when it comes into contact with food.

4. Safety and environmental protection standards
Safety production standards: In the production process of coated paper, safety production procedures should be strictly observed to ensure the personal safety of operators. Production equipment should be equipped with necessary safety protection measures, such as protective cover, emergency stop button, etc.
Environmental protection standards: coated paper manufacturers should comply with national environmental protection laws and regulations, and take effective measures to reduce the discharge of pollutants such as waste water, waste gas, waste residue. At the same time, priority should be given to environmentally friendly raw materials and production processes to reduce the impact on the environment.

5. Other standards
Packaging and transportation standards: The packaging of coated paper should meet the requirements of relevant national standards to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation. Packaging materials should be non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free.
Storage standards: Coated paper should be stored in a ventilated, dry, chemics-free and non-toxic, harmless warehouse to prevent moisture, mildew or contamination.
