First, regarding storage conditions: Store in a dry and clean warehouse at a temperature below 45℃; strictly avoid direct sunlight as ultraviolet rays can cause PE to yellow and silicone oil to age; keep away from smoking and heating; the humidity should not be too high, preferably controlled below 70%.

Regarding the shelf life: Generally, PE release film can be stored for 3 to 6 months. However, in hot and humid seasons, the storage period should not exceed two months. When the PE film is newly produced, the surface tension is relatively high, but it will gradually decrease over time.

What to do if the product has exceeded its expiration date? The most reliable method is to conduct a sample test before use - use your actual adhesive tape to check if the release force is still within the acceptable range. If the release force changes by more than ±15%, it is recommended to downgrade its use or scrap it. It is recommended to follow the "first in, first out" principle and do not stockpile excessive inventory.
